All Orders are processed within 24 hours or 2-3 business days. All Order are strictly digital and are not shipped or delivered. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, online notifications may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for email notifications. If there will be a significant delay or technical issues, we notify our community through our website or newsletter.

All digital order are completed online -- therefore, a digital ticket will be provided digitally.
- Digital confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Confirmation Email once Your Order has been placed containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Customs, Duties and Taxes [WEBSITE NAME] is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order.
All fees imposed are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Damages
www.oaklandpride.org is not liable for any damages or information that maybe misplaced or lost during the digital shipping or electronic exchange (whether through email or our website).

Photography and/or filming Policy
We may use photography and filming for activities and events
• Our digital admin or team (photographer) has a system or rules to when capturing Oakland Pride activities and events.
• This is to ensure the photographer wears identification. Oakland Pride Inc. will verify these details and decide whether to grant permission for photographs/films to be taken. Photographers are present and ensure they are easily identifiable, for example by using them with a colored identification badge.
• Images will be used for upcoming events, marketing, and online news reporting.
STORAGE OF IMAGES

We will store files: photographs and videos in accordance with our policy and data protection law. We will keep copies of images in a protected folder. Images will be stored for a period of (number of months/years).
OFFICIAL PHOTOGRAPHERS

Official photographers were assigned at each event. All other photographers (or individuals capturing content) are not official, and therefore, not assigned by Oakland Pride Inc.

Official photographers are not obligated to meet personal requests for photos or videos by outside parties. Therefore, please contact digitalmedia@oaklandpride.org for request. *Due to a high number of inquiries, we may not be able to meet certain request.
